Privacy Notice
How this website handles an inquiry draft, optional Facebook content and information you choose to share.
Last updated: October 23, 2026.
Website inquiries
The event inquiry tool runs in your browser. It uses the event, date, organizer contact details, player count and message you enter to prepare text. Selecting “Prepare my inquiry” does not email those details or reserve a date. Selecting the copy button writes the prepared text to your device clipboard. You choose whether to paste and send it through Facebook Messenger.
The inquiry tool does not intentionally save the draft to browser storage or submit it to a website form server. Your browser or device may retain autofill or clipboard information according to its own settings. Avoid including payment information, medical details or children’s personal information.
Hosting and technical data
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes requests to deliver and protect its pages. This may involve IP addresses, requested URLs, device and browser information, timestamps and security logs. Cloudflare’s own privacy terms explain its processing.
Facebook, maps and other external services
The Facebook timeline loads only when you select its load button. At that point Meta receives the request and may use cookies or require sign-in. External links to Messenger, Facebook, Google Maps and the field’s original website take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Fonts and page images are hosted with this website. No advertising pixel or dedicated analytics tracker has been added to this version.
Information sent to the field
Messages you send by phone or an external service are handled outside this website. Ask Birch Hill directly about the information in your inquiry and how long it is retained. This notice does not establish a retention period or describe a reservation system that is not connected to the site.
Children and party planning
Parents, guardians and adult organizers should make party inquiries. Please use a general age range rather than children’s names or birth dates. Contact the field if you believe personal information was shared in error or want to raise a photo privacy concern.
